I love the outdoors and nature, whether it's the sea-shore, the woods, the country back roads, canoeing with my husband, or just what is in my back yard. I enjoy painting old barns and home-places, with all their character and history, to preserve the memories for others and myself.

There is much excitement and satisfaction, finding subject matter that pleases me, and creating a fresh new painting.
